ཚེ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཐའ་ཡས་འོད་དཔག་མེད། །
tsé dang yeshé tayé öpakmé
Boundless longevity and timeless wisdom, Amitābha,
འཆི་མེད་མགོན་པོ་རྟག་པ་དམ་པའི་སྐུ། །
chimé gönpo takpa dampé ku
Immortal protector with your everlasting and most excellent kāya,
རགས་ལྔ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་སྐུ་ལྔ་ཚེ་ཡི་བདག །
rik nga yapyum ku nga tsé yi dak
Lords and Ladies of the five families, five kāyas mastery over life;
གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དབང་སྩོལ། །
sölwa depso chimé tsewang tsöl

Mighty Avalokiteśvara, life lord of immortality;

Lotus-Born Master, Amitāyus in person;

Vimalamitra, attainer of the supreme vajra-kāya;

Mandarava, accomplished queen of longevity’s path;

trisong yapsé chimé tenpé zhi
Trisong Father and Son, ground of the teachings on immortality;
ཡེ་ཤེས་རོལ་པ་ཚེ་དབང་ལུང་ཆེན་ཐོབ། །
yeshé rölpa tsewang lungchen top
Yeshé Rölpa, who received the prophecy for power over life;
གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དབང་སྩོལ། །

སངས་རྒྱས་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་རུ་འགྲུབ། །

Nup Sangyé Yeshé, accomplisher of the vajra-form kāya;
རྒྱལ་བ་མཆོག་དབྱངས་གསུང་གི་ཚེ་དབང་ཐོབ། །
gyelwa chokyang sung gi tsewang top
Gyelwa Chokyang, who obtained the longevity empowerment of melodious speech;
ནམ་མཁའི་སྙིང་པོས་མི་འགྱུར་ཐུགས་མཆོག་རྟོགས། །
namkhé nyingpö migyur tukchok tok
Namkhé Nyingpo, who realized supreme, unchanging wisdom heart;
གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དབང་སྩོལ། །

གཉགས་ཆེན་ཛྙཱ་ནས་འཆི་མེད་བདུད་རྩི་འགྲུབ། །
nyakchen gyané chimé dütsi drup
Nyakchen Jñāna, who accomplished the amṛta of immortality;
ཡེ་ཤེས་མཚོ་རྒྱལ་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཚེ་མཆོག་གྲུབ། །
yeshé tsogyel trinlé tsé chok drup
Yeshé Tsogyal, siddha of supreme-life activities;
དཔལ་གྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ཚེ་བཅུད་ལོན། །
pelgyi yeshé khandrö tsechü lön
Pelgyi Yeshé, who extracted the vital life-essence of the ḍākinīs;
གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དབང་སྩོལ། །

རླངས་ཆེན་དཔལ་སེང་དྲེགས་པའི་ཚེ་སྲོག་བསྡུས། །
langchen pelseng drekpé tsesok dü
Langchen Pelseng, gatherer of the haughty spirits’ life force;
བཻ་རོ་ཙཱ་ནས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་འཆི་མེད་གྲུབ། །
vairotsané ngak kyi chimé drup
Vairocana, who accomplished immortality through mantra;
རྡོ་རྗེ་བདུད་འཇོམས་འཆི་བདག་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན། །
dorjé düjom chidak zil gyi nön
Dorjé Dudjom, subjugator of the Lord of Death;
གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དབང་སྩོལ། །

ལང་གྲོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་རིག་འཛིན་ཚེ་ལ་དབང་། །
langdro könchok rikdzin tsé la wang
Landgro Konchok, vidyādhara with mastery over life,
འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་འབྱུང་བའི་གནས། །
chimé tsé yi ngödrup jungwé né
Source of the accomplishment of immortality,
བཀའ་དྲིན་སུམ་ལྡན་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་ལ། །
kadrin sumden tsawé lama la
Root guru who possesses the threefold kindness;
གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དབང་སྩོལ། །
sölwa depso chimé tsewang tsöl

ཚེ་ཡི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་འཆི་མེད་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྟེར། །
tsé yi lhatsok chimé ngödrup ter
Gathered long-life deities who bestow the siddhi of immortality;
དཔའ་བོ་མཁའ་འགྲོས་ཚེ་ཡི་བར་ཆད་སེལ། །
pawo khandrö tsé yi barché sel
Ḍākas and ḍākinīs who dispel obstacles to long life;
ཚེ་རིང་མཆེད་ལྔས་འཆི་མེད་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་བསྒྲིགས། །
tsering ché ngé chimé tendrel drik
Five Long-Life Sisters who harmonize the conditions for immortality;
གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དབང་སྩོལ། །
sölwa depso chimé tsewang tsöl
I pray to you, bestow the empowerment of immortality!
འཆི་མེད་བུམ་དབང་གང་སྣང་ལྷ་རུ་ཤར། །
chimé bum wang gang nang lha ru shar
Through the vase empowerment of immortality, may all appearance arise as deity,
འཆི་བདག་ཟིལ་གནོན་འཁོར་འདས་ཚེ་བཅུད་འདུས། །
chidak zilnön khordé tsechü dü
May the Lord of Death be subjugated and the life essences of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa be gathered.
གསང་བའི་དབང་གིས་རྩ་ཁམས་བདེ་དྲོད་འབར། །
sangwé wang gi tsa kham dé drö bar
Through the secret empowerment, may the nāḍīs and dhātus blaze with blissful warmth,
ཕུང་པོའི་བདུད་བཅོམ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་རུ་འགྲུབ། །
pungpö dü chom dorjé ku ru drup
May the demon of the aggregates be overcome and the vajra body be accomplished.
ཚེ་ལམ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ལ་བརྟེན་དགའ་བཞི་རྟོགས། །
tsé lam chakgya la ten ga zhi tok
Through the support of the life-path mudrā, may the four joys be realized,
ཉོན་མོངས་བདུད་བཅོམ་འཕོ་མེད་བདེ་ཆེན་འགྲུབ། །
nyönmong dü chom pomé dechen drup
May the demon of afflictions be vanquished and unchanging great bliss be attained.
རྩོལ་མེད་རྟོག་བྲལ་ལྟ་བུའི་བདུད་ལས་རྒྱལ། །
tsölmé tokdrel tabü dü lé gyel
Through effortlessness free of deliberation, may there be victory over the demon of the son of the gods,
འཆི་མེད་གཉུག་མའི་བཙན་ས་ཟིན་པར་ཤོག །
chimé nyukmé tsensa zinpar shok
And may we seize the innate stronghold of immortality!
ཅེས་པ་འདིའང་ཡར་གླིང་བླ་མ་ལེགས་བཤད་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་ཀརྨ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཟླ་སྣང་པས་ཡང་ཡང་བསྐུལ་ངོར། ༸མཆོག་གྱུར་གླིང་པས་གསང་སྔགས་ཕོ་བྲང་རྡོ་རྗེ་བཀོད་པར་བྲིས་པ་དགེ། །།
